Glenn Short, LPC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Nationally Certified Counselor with over 25 years of experience in clinical mental health. As a Professor of Practice at Sul Ross State University, and counselor he has spent years exploring why intelligent people sabotage themselves despite knowing better.  This has led him to develop the Ego Intelligence framework—a validated theory explaining how unconscious defensive patterns hijack our best capabilities.

Through Ego Intelligence, he offers counselors, students, and frustrated individuals a path to genuine transformation. While the Children's Book, Limitless, plants these same seeds of self-awareness in children by teaching them to find love at their center and recognize a limitless potential in unity and acceptance.

His mission is elegantly unified, helping readers of all ages discover their authentic selves and practice intentional decision-making rooted in emotional intelligence.  Ultimately, the hope is that we find awareness in the space between stimulus and response and fill it with Authentic being.
